[python] 將 Python code 轉成 Cython Language 是否值得?

直接將 Python 用 cythonize 轉成 C code 的效率會是原來 python code 的兩倍. 但如果將 Python Code 寫成 Cython Language 的形式, 那轉成 C code 的執行效率會是原來 python code 的 11 倍.
